Well here are my 3 tips to fit in early at a new company.
#1, On your first day, look for a couple of new friends, a few allies that you can hang out with and get comfortable.
#2, Offer to help. It shows you’re a real team player and that you have an interest in getting your feet wet in the first week.

#3, And finally, be yourself. Establish this early. Show people who you really are so you can relax in a new environment. Everybody wants to fit in and be accepted at their new job. Hopefully you can follow these tips and have great success in your first week.
