Hi, I'm Kimberly Reiner of Momma Reiner's Fudge for About.com Food. Today, we're going to learn how to make fudge swirls.Supplies Needed to Make Fudge Swirls
What you will need to make fudge swirls is:- a clean, dry work surface
- a piece of parchment paper or wax paper
- a silver spoon
- a bowl of fudge at approximately 234 degrees F
Let the Fudge Drip Off the Spoon
Mix your fudge. Get a heaping tablespoon, point it down on your parchment paper, let it drip off. Then, as it's dripping off, move your hand around in a counter-clockwise motion. Go around that center point and make a fudge swirl on the top.
Make Large Fudge Swirls
If you want really big fudge swirls, let the fudge thicken, let it drop, and pull it around. It takes a few times before you get the hang of it: point, drop, drag your fudge around counter-clockwise.Thank you so much for watching. For more information, go to food.about.com.
