Hi! My name is Tye Coe for About.com, I am a celebrity hair, makeup and fashion stylist and today we are at the fabulous BeSu Salon and Day Spa here in New York City and I am going to show you the Best Bob for a Long Face.Side Part and Angle the Hair on a Long Face
The best bob hairstyle for a long face is one that has a side parting. After you have your angled side part the key in long face hairstyling is to balance it out with the sides. You already have the length through here so you want to create the volume in the sides so in order to do that you are going to part your section underneath, do slight back-combing. You are just going to do this on the sides. Same thing on the other side.Soften the Face by Styling the Hair Forward
After you have your back-combing in place you are going to comb that down just to often it but keeping the volume. Style the front section going across the forehead. After you have the front section angled across the face you want to make sure that on the bottom – that to soften the length of the face you want to style the bob coming forward and that is going to soften the length of your face.
