Tips for Long Hair With a Long Face Look

A long face is a face that is longer than it is wide in measurements and with a longer flatter forehead and more pointed narrow chin. The best way to wear long hair for along face is to enhance the layering and volume, this will create a rounder look all over, without weighting the face down.

Instructions for Creating a Long Hair With a Long Face Look

So for this style, curl with a flat iron, towards the face or back away from the face. Take smaller sections and work upwards, it will be easier for to enhance the texture in the haircut. Our goal is to really see the tapering and the layers to make our face look a little wider.

After curling all over the head, go back through and add a little tease or back combing to the sides to give it volume. This will also add width to the face.If you do not want to tease or back comb your hair, just use some volume enhancing products before you blow it dry.

Now go back through and use a finishing product to enhance the pieced texture pieces. Add more product through the bangs as well. Remember no matter how you style, don't forget to enhance the tapering, and layers, and add separate pieced texture to the bangs.
