Hi I'm Jennifer Webb for Prima Salon, Portland Oregon, for About.com and I'm here to show you how to do a shoulder length bob cut.First Steps for Creating a Shoulder Length Bob Cut
Start with sectioning the hair halfway on top of the head. Section the hair at the ear. Combing half the hair forward. Starting with 1 inch sections using the backcombing brush back comb and spray each section and half the hair at the back of the neck.Instrctions for Creating a Shoulder Length Bob Cut
