Hi, I am Aubrey for About.com and today I am going to teach you how to blend concealer.Apply Face Cream to Blend Concealer
First, you want to apply face cream, or foundation, for a base. When you are working with the eyes, you want to use an under eye cream. This gives you a good moisturized base to work with. The concealer will blend better and won't stick to the skin, which causes your make up to look cakey.Less is More When You Blend Concealer
The trick with concealer is less is more. Take a small amount of concealer, and apply it to your dark or red areas. To blend with your finger, you want to take your middle finger and gently pat the concealer outward in a circular motion until it matches the skin tone around it.To blend using a brush, you want to add concealer to your brush, and gently dab in circular motions. To get the maximum blend, take a sponge and gently dab it over your concealer and blend it out. This will give you a more natural and blended look.
