Brush Hair Forward to Soften a Square Face

The things you want to remember in styling hair, especially if it's short for a square face is diminishing the corners of the square and softening the face. So we are going to start with the first style. We just round brush the hair forward. You want to definitely add some textured styling cream. And make sure that you are piecing out the side corners so that you are softening the hard corners of a square face. So this is one really good hairstyle for a square face. It definitely diminishes the square effect and gives it a softer look. You want to make sure that the pieces are softening around the face and that your corners of the square are softened.

Create Hair Wisps with a Flat Iron

Another really great hairstyle for a square face especially if you have short hair is to create a soft wisping effect. We have gone through with Irena and just taken the flat iron and taken random pieces and kind of slightly wisped them up so it creates just a soft feather and a really wispy effect making sure that if you have a square face you are softening the corners of th square. When you are doing this hairstyle make sure that you are taking your flat iron and going up to create those wispy, sexy pieces. You want to also make sure that you go through with your styling cream paste and separate so that it adds more texture... and this is another really great hairstyle if you have a square face and short hair.
