First, part your hair into a side part. Then comb through your hair removing any tangles. Take a curling iron and curl your ends up about an inch. Curl all the way around your head. Curl bangs higher and away from your face. Curl any layers you have to create a little lift.

Next, you want to sweep one side of your hair behind your ear. Comb through the curls with your fingers and break them up a bit. Spray with hairspray to hold. Then you are finished.

For the next hairstyle, you will need to comb all of your hair to one side. Take bobby pins and pin your hair back. You want to make a straight line if you can. Make sure the hair is secure and doesn't fall back. Take a comb and smooth back any loose hairs. Use bobby pins as needed.

Curl your top layers close to your scalp and away from your face. This creates volume at your roots. Curl the rest of your hair. If your curls are too big you can pin them down with bobby pins.
