Ingredients for Smoked Brisket With a Chipotle Rub

To make this recipe you will need 1 beef brisket. For the rub you will need:

  • 3 tablespoons chipotle seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried cilantro leaves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground dry orange peel
  • You will also need a smoker to cook the meat

Prep the Meat for Smoked Brisket With a Chipotle Rub
