Homemade Peanut Butter Fudge
Hi, I am Gretchen Siegchrist for About.com Food, and I am going to share with you an easy recipe for peanut butter fudge.

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Fudge

For this recipe, you will need:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar

Combine the Peanut Butter Fudge Ingredients

Melt the butter over medium heat, and then stir in the brown sugar and milk. Bring this mixture to a boil. Let it boil for two minutes, stirring frequently. Now, remove the mixture from the heat, and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.

Add the Confectioners Sugar

Add the confectioners sugar to a large bowl. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the confectioners sugar, and stir them together by hand until they are well mixed.

Now, transfer the mixture to a small pan, and let it cool until firm. The peanut butter fudge should be ready to enjoy.
