Hi, I am Rachel Edelman for About.com Food. Today I'm going to show you how to make cappuccino bon bon.Cappuccino Bon Bon Ingredients
For this recipe you will need:- 1 package chewy fudge brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- whipped topping
- extra cinnamon
Ready the Bon Bon liners
place 2-inch cupcake liners on an aluminum lined cookie sheet. For smaller bon bons, use smaller 1 1/2 in liners.Mix the Bon Bon Ingredients
Pour the brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, instant coffee, and cinnamon into a mixing bowl. Combine these ingredients with a spoon until well blended. Fill each cupcake liner with 2 tbsp of batter for big ones, 1 tbsp for the small ones.Bake the Cappuccino Bon Bons
Put the sheets into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, for smaller bon bons cook only 12-15 minutes. You can check to see if it's done by sticking a toothpick in the center to see if it comes out clean.Cool and Decorate the Bon Bons
Let the bon bons cool on a wire rack. Place the swirl tip in a pastry bag. Fill the bag with whipped cream and close the bag.
