There’s what I call the big three. So the big three that I want to talk about with using the antivirus software are Norton, McAfee and also the AVG package. What you want to look for, virus protection. Now those are virus protection against traditional kinds of viruses; items like Trojan horses. So you want to look at not online virus protection, but also things like identity fraud, look at online protections against tracking cookies.

The other thing is PC maintenance. They’re great about doing maintenance items like defragmentation for your hard drive doing clean up disk and other items like that. They offer online chatting. They offer all types of online support options for you.
